Refund policy
Our policy is valid for a period of 30 calender days from the date of the purchase. We do not offer refunds on our perishable goods however you can return the product for an exchange. If the period of 30 days has lapsed since the purchase, we can’t unfortunately, offer you an exchange/return.
To be eligible for a exchange/return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as our supplements ), and personal care goods (such as our beauty/health products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. However you can return the product for an exchange. If the period of 30 days has lapsed since the purchase, we can’t, unfortunately, offer you an exchange. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Proof of purchase
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not do an exchange.
Sales and clearance items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Only regular priced items may be exchanged.
Exchanges
The following criteria must be met to qualify for an exchange.
- Product is defective
- Product must be in original packaging
- Product must be unused
- Product was not on sale or a clearance item
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Shipping items
In order to return an order, you must contact us first.
Returns can be mailed to: 2885 N Berkeley Lake Road Ste20. Duluth GA 30096. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs with regards to the items that you wish to exchange. We will not refund the shipping cost. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the exchanged was approved or not.
You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packeaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes to reaonably inspect it,then we may reject an exchange.
